With your vision in place, it’s time to start making it a reality. We’ll work with you and the design team to create schematic design plans, a projected schedule and a detailed budget.
CONSTRUCTION
BREAK IT
Time to get out the sledgehammers and make a mess. There can be something really therapeutic about demolishing the old to make space for something new. You’re always invited to take the ceremonial first strike.
BUILD IT
Your dream starts to take shape. Actual physical shape. We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates, send you pictures of the progress and invite you to walk through your project.
POST BUILD
CLEAN IT
Recycling is an important part of our process. We’ve got green bins out and we’re always keeping our stations clean and organized. At this stage, it’s time to put on the final coat and polish everything so it looks perfect.
OWN IT
Now it’s time to welcome you into your new home! We’ll walk you through the space and explain the operation and maintenance of the new work. All our projects come with a RenoMark two-year workmanship warranty to make sure you can enjoy your new space with peace of mind.
