We started with an outdated, dark and otherwise uninviting basement area to work with, and ended up with a stunning walkout basement suite — perfect for guests, rental income, and massively increasing home value.
The clients came to us wanting to change the space into something their children's families and guests could stay in and feel like they were in their own separate building.
We reworked the layout, added a 20×10 addition with a walkout basement area, and converted it into a large, open, self-contained space perfect for people to have privacy.
